How it works
- 1.You apply for ordinary shares at €100,000 each. One share is the minimum, subject to availability and acceptance.
- 2.Your money buys a stake in the company that owns the estate. You become a shareholder in the Spanish company that holds the property and runs the business. You are not buying a room or a timeshare.
- 3.The business trades as it does now. Restaurant, weddings and events, café-tavern and the eleven guest rooms, all under professional management.
- 4.Distributions, promoter participation and the proposed exit mechanics are set out in the private investor figures and final shareholders’ agreement.
